what'll i do without them?

a good weekend :) it was a weekend of catching up with friends - the law people and the councillors.

Saturday

met up with the law people at daryl's place on saturday... once again and as usual, it was a gathering FULL of gossip. a year makes a big difference. i think it can be safely said that half the law 4s are attached to each other!! and this time it was also finding out who's going where for pupilage. haha... the incessant jibes at the people going to a particular department in X&Y law firm who will only have time to breathe when they start work. for all the gucci and LV bags the pay can buy, they only have the chance to parade it when they go into the office and hopefully, if they get to go for lunch or they can line it up against their office window!! hee... shiwei, we will remember to wave at your window, the one with all your gucci bags lined against the window, when we drive past one marina boulevard (oops!) at 3am next time...

it was good fun catching up with everyone back from exchange. had a nice good chat with steph too. and as i was telling her, everytime i meet up with the class, it reminds me why i am still in law today...

Sunday

and wendy's place on sunday for her birthday party... ate soooo much!!! steamboat, fondue, birthday cake and durians!

this is almost the entire Jenandberry gang in full force. just missing a couple of people, i think... have no idea when we will have a gathering with everyone around... sigh... that's how it is, i guess, with everyone everywhere... but hey, we must remember our date for tea in sydney next time when we are all rich and atas k :)
