i don't know
it really sucks when you ask me all these questions and all i can say is a series of variations of "I DON'T KNOW": i am not sure; what is the usual practice?; i think...
i hate saying it and it makes me feel like the dumbest ass in the world. especially when you sound as if i should know. but i truly and genuinely don't know. i am 6 weeks into work at the firm, not 6 months or 6 years. and it is really strange that you ask me all these questions when i think u know that i don't know. i know you need a definite answer and all i can offer is "i think...".
next time, i will just say "i don't know. i think it is better for you to check with the partner" to shorten everyone's pain. hopefully, after this 6 months at PLC, everyone will forget what a dumb ass i am. sometimes and more frequently these days, i wonder where all the years of education i went through went to when all i have to offer is "i don't know".

You know that it's a skill to say "I don't know"? Most people don't know but pretend they do, and that's horrible!! So Ribena, it's not all that bad saying "I don't know". Cheer up my friend!! =)
